| Wedding Knots Tied |

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding celebration! Your wedding is a big deal, and choosing the right officiant is important. I am non denominational, and I am LGBT friendly. I am delighted to perform services for any happy couple for a wedding, elopement, vow renewal or commitment ceremony. Your celebration doesn’t have to be a huge event. Whether it’s just the two of you and your witnesses, or even a small group of friends, eloping is a beautiful and very intimate way to say, “I do,” to each other. There’s less planning involved, and much less stress. And with less planning, there’s more time to have fun here on these beautiful OBX beaches!

I am available year round, on any day of the week, in the Manteo, Wanchese, Nags Head and Coquina Beach areas of the Outer Banks. Come on down to the sand, and let’s get your Wedding Knots Tied!

From last-minute beach elopements to large wedding ceremonies in one of the OBX gorgeous local event venues, I want to help you get your Wedding Knots Tied!

Many couples from across the country choose the coastal beauty of North Carolina’s Outer Banks, or OBX, as their destination when they decide to elope. Because meeting your officiant in person is not always easy when you don’t live in the area, you can connect with me via text messaging, email, or phone call.

Due to the extremely hot and humid weather conditions on the Outer Banks in the summer months, please consider scheduling your outdoor ceremony before 10am or after 6pm, for the comfort, safety and health of everyone. Remember that hot sand can blister bare feet.

Due to the extremely hot and humid weather conditions on the Outer Banks in the summer months, ceremonies will only be scheduled before 8am, or after 6:30pm, for the comfort, safety and health of you and your guests. Remember that hot sand can blister bare feet. Early morning and late evening sunlight will also yield much more attractive photos than the harsh midday sun.

There are very many beautiful outdoor locales that would make a gorgeous backdrop for your ceremony. But keep in mind that coastal weather changes frequently. Make certain that you have a Plan B in place, in case of inclement weather.

Fees for your OBX ceremony. The fee for wedding officiant services includes my travel time to your Outer Banks venue, composition and unlimited edits of the perfect custom personalized ceremony, performing your service, filing your paperwork with the state of North Carolina, and unlimited support via phone, email, and text messaging.
Manteo, Wanchese, Nags Head, Coquina Beach areas – $350

Any and all monies paid towards your ceremony, are non-refundable. If the ceremony cannot be performed due to weather or other extenuating circumstances on your reserved date and time, every effort will be made to reschedule.

On the day of your ceremony, please be mindful of your start time. While it is your big day, other people have made arrangements to be available exclusively to you, at the time you specified. Many brides believe that they are expected to show up “fashionably late” for their service. While a short delay is often unavoidable, waiting for longer than fifteen minutes to begin your ceremony is inconsiderate of the vendors’, and your guests’ time. While I will do my very best to accommodate you in the event of a delay, there is the possibility that I will be unable to stay longer than thirty minutes past your start time. Should this be the case, I will work with you to reschedule your event.
